It may also be misaligned or show signs of detachment from the cantilever due to impact. In such cases, restoration, repair, or replacement is necessary.

Stylus Diamond Replacement

         If the diamond tip is still in good condition but has technical issues such as misalignment or incorrect coil positioning, we will recalibrate it to meet standard specifications.

       In cases where the tip is worn or missing, we will replace it with a new one. Using the manufacturer's specifications, we will install the correct type of diamond or customize it based on the customer's preferences.     After completion, we will fully recalibrate the stylus and measure its performance following a strict process.

     Finally, we will thoroughly clean the entire cartridge before handing it over to the customer, including cleaning the coils, casing, magnetic frame, and removing dust and debris, as well as replacing protective linings.
